They are still alive!

My work is breathing in new life into trash and discarded objects.

I collect objects that has been thrown away by people and bring them into my art and breathe new life into them.
All the trash originally doomed to be forgotten in the dark corners they were thrown away inm is instead brought back into the light through my hands to meet people once again.
Perhaps, their lifespan as artwork will be longer than their initial lifespan as a product.

I hope that trashed objects be revived back into people’s lives,
And the people understand that they are still alive.

Because they still shine brightly with life and happiness.

waste is not waste

Current society is used to using materials too short, then throwing them away. And all the trash that are not biodegradable is polluting our oceans, mountains, and atmosphere.
This then brings harm back to the people who threw them away. This is such a shortsighted unintelligent cycle.

I create my art mainly using scrapped electronics, thrown away toys, and discarded furniture.
Among the various piles of trash, there are those that bring me special inspiration. Those are trash with unique colors and shapes.
I combine those unique pieces, and mold them into new artwork to draw new stories.

Once they meet my hands, they are not trash anymore, and take on a new life as artwork.  I hope my work, as much as they can be thrown away as well, be appreciated and kept in the hands of people as long as possible.
